Indian domestic billet prices trend up

On December 4, SteelOrbis reported Indian domestic billet offers were trending stable over the week at INR 31,100-31,500/mt ($440-446/mt) ex-works Raipur, but down in dollar terms due to currency fluctuations.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that prices have increased to INR 31,500-31,800/mt ($446-451/mt), up $6/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $5/mt from the top of the same range.
