According to market sources, Turkish rebar offers to Israel have been in the range of $470-480/mt CFR over the past week, while there have been a few deals concluded in this price range by Israeli buyers.

Meanwhile, following the Chinese New Year holiday (February 18-25), Chinese market players have returned to the Israeli market with offers at around $450/mt CFR. However, market sources report that Israeli buyers are more cautious towards the Chinese offers and so they are tending towards Turkish products instead.
