Shipment costs between Turkey's Iskenderun region and Zaho in northern Iraq, which have increased by $10-15 over the past months, have prevented ex-Turkey rebar offers to this region from moving up.

Meanwhile, current rebar offers from Turkish mills in the Iskenderun to Iraq are standing at $600/mt ex-works, while offers in the Zaho region are at $700/mt ex-warehouse.
