During the past week, international demand for Greek rebar has been weak. According to market sources, some players have left the market due to the traditional summer holidays, and rebar export sales from Greece have nearly come to a halt. No new Greek rebar export deal has been heard over the past week, while SteelOrbis has been informed that Greek rebar export prices have moved sideways in the last seven days at €500-510/mt ($585-597/mt) FOB.

€1 = $1.17
