It is observed that Greek rebar export prices have remained stable over the past week.

Although demand for Greek rebar had failed to improve last week, Greek rebar producers increased their export prices to €520-530/mt ($588-599/mt) FOB amid higher production costs which had moved up in parallel with the rises recorded in global scrap quotations.

However, despite the lack of a recovery in demand and the slight downtrend of global scrap quotations, Greek rebar mills have kept their rebar export prices stable week on week at €520-530/mt ($588-599/mt) FOB.
