SteelOrbis has been informed that Italian mills have this week been offering rebars to Algeria, Slovenia and the Czech Rebuplic at the price level of €400/mt ($544/mt) FOB on actual weight basis and for November shipment. It is reported that the mills can make shipments in October depending on their stock levels.
