Market sources indicate that CIS wire rod export offers are now ranging at $540-550/mt FOB Black Sea, declining by $10/mt over the past two weeks. It is reported that CIS wire rod export offers have been facing low demand, while supply shortages may prevail on the export side for CIS wire rod since Ukrainian producer Metinvest has announced that it has stopped accepting new export offers.
