As compared to price levels recorded on February 9, ex-CIS rebar export prices have increased by an average of $20/mt to $570-580/mt FOB, while ex-CIS wire rod export quotations have moved up by $10/mt in the same period to $600-610/mt FOB. It is also observed that CIS-based long steel producers' order books are fairly full, and so they are in no rush to conclude new sales.
