Turkey's merchant bar export offers have increased by $5-10/mt as compared to two weeks ago, while local sources state that good demand is observed from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region at the moment, with transactions continuing to be concluded to the region.
Accordingly, Turkish rolling mills are now offering angles for export at $640-660/mt FOB on actual weight basis. In addition, IPN-UPN are being offered at $640-660/mt FOB, flat bars are being offered at $650-670/mt FOB, 80-100-120 mm IPE is being offered at $670-680/mt FOB, 80-100-120 mm IPE A is being offered at $670-680/mt FOB and 80-100-120 mm IPE AA is also being offered at $670-680/mt FOB - all on actual weight basis, excluding VAT and for June shipments.
