Egyptian steel producer EZZ Steel revises its rebar prices

Egypt-based steelmaker EZZ Steel has increased its domestic rebar prices by EGP 518/mt to EGP 9,718/mt ($523/mt) ex-works, including 13 percent VAT. The steelmaker's previous domestic rebar prices had been announced at EGP 9,200/mt ex-works on November 28.  Prices on US dollar basis have risen only by $1/mt due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate.
