Domestic rebar prices in Turkey decrease further

Prices in the local Turkish rebar market have continued their downtrend due to the weakness of demand and the instability of the local economy.

Additionally, today, Turkish mill Izmir Demir Celik has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices stable at TRY 2,754/mt ($478/mt) ex-works, while Icdas has reduced its 12-32 mm rebar prices by TRY 40/mt to TRY 2,740/mt ($476/mt) ex-works, both excluding VAT.

As of today, June 11, rebar offers in the Turkish spot market are as follows:
