In the west central Indian region of Chhattisgarh, sources inform SteelOrbis that billet prices have declined since the recent high in early December. In this region, SteelOrbis reported offer prices at INR 26,800/mt ($414/mt) ex-Raipur mill on November 21. On December 2, prices reached a peak of INR 28,650/mt ($444/mt) ex-Raipur mill and declined to INR 28,450/mt ($442/mt) on December 5.
