According to market sources, some of the CIS-based billet exporters have already filled their order books for November shipments, while some of them are still willing to conclude deals. Market sources state that CIS-based suppliers have made billet offers to Turkey and Egypt, though demand for long steel in these countries are slack. Ex-CIS billet offer to Egypt and Turkey have remained unchanged week on week at $480-485/mt CFR ad 475-480$/mt CFR, respectively. Meanwhile, ex-CIS billet offers to global markets are still at $460-465/mt FOB.  On the other hand, ex-CIS billet offers to Far East are at $508/mt CFR, however these offers have not turned to transactions since ex-China billet offers, which have decrease rapidly since the beginning of this week are at $485-510$/mt FOB.
