Brazilian producers remain negotiating rebar for export in a price range of $580/mt to $590/mt, against a flat $590/mt last week, both FOB conditions for the CA-50 grade, a local market source told SteelOrbis.

In November, Brazil exported 36,200 mt of rebar, all destined to South American countries. ArcelorMittal exported 23,400 mt of rebar at $595/mt, while Gerdau exported 12,800 mt of the product at $573/mt, both FOB conditions and price deals probably closed in September.
