Brazilian producers remain negotiating rebar for export at $620/mt, FOB conditions, a local exporter told SteelOrbis.

The price is stable from last week after a prior week increase from $590/mt, which had been the stable reference price since November 2017.

In January, Arcelor Mittal exported rebar at $534/mt, Gerdau exported at $508/mt, and the Votorantim Group exported at $572/mt, all FOB conditions, with price deals probably closed in November 2017.
