The last import rebar offer to Brazil, received last week from China, was priced at $608/mt CFR conditions in a port in the south or southeast coast of Brazil, against $605/mt CFR one month ago, referring to the QC/HRB400 grade. In October, Brazilian customs indicate a minimal volume of rebar imports.

A source linked to a small distributor in Rio de Janeiro also mentioned a price of BRL 4,400/mt ($1,139/mt), under the same conditions, for sales of small volumes.
