SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 m have declined by NTD 100/mt on the upper end over the past week to NTD 11,900-12,100/mt ($377-384/mt) ex-works, for early February shipment.
In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have moved sideways since last week, are now at the following levels:
