Billet and rebar prices in Taiwan - week 11

SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 mm have declined by NTD 300-400/mt ($9-13/mt) over the past week to NTD 11,700-12,000/mt ($370-380/mt) ex-works, for end of March and early April shipments.

In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have declined by NTD 200-300/mt ($6-9/mt) in the same period and are now at the following levels:
