Billet and rebar prices in Taiwan - week 1

SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 mm have remained unchanged in the past week in the range of NTD 13,300-13,500/mt ($420-427/mt) ex-works, for the  end of January shipments.

In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which decreased by NTD 100/mt ($3/mt) since last week, are now at the following levels:

The above prices include five percent VAT, are ex-warehouse and are also for the end of January shipments.
