With approximately half of US-based workers having the day off due to the Martin Luther King holiday, SteelOrbis sources who are in the office have said the market remains unchanged in the past seven days.
“Mills are still trying to get prices up, but a lot of people believe the run-up is over,” a source said. “The general consensus is that scrap is going to come down next month, which has a lot of people wondering if HDG prices can move any higher.”
