US domestic plate price range ticks upward, week-over-week

SteelOrbis has learned that the US domestic plate spot market price range has firmed since our last report a week ago. Current prices are trending in the range of $83-$86 cwt. ($1,830-$1,896/mt or $1,660-$1,720/nt), FOB mill, against an average range of $82-$83 cwt. ($1,807-$1,830/mt or $1,640-$1,660/nt), FOB mill, last Tuesday.
