As buyers in the import flat steel market in Turkey have postponed their purchases during the past week in order to monitor the trend of the flat steel markets after the Chinese New Year holiday, demand in the market has remained at low levels.

During the given week, ex-CIS flat steel offers to Turkey have moved sideways, with hot rolled coil (HRC) prices still at $610-620/mt CFR Turkey and cold rolled coil (CRC) quotations at $650-670/mt CFR Turkey.
