Over the past week, demand for domestic producers' products in the local Turkish hot rolled coil (HRC) market has been lively, while Turkish HRC producers have increased their domestic prices by $20/mt on the lower end and by $30/mt on the upper end to $650-680/mt ex-works.

Meanwhile, demand for domestic HRC in the Turkish spot market has increased, though prices have remained unchanged week on week. However, spot HRC prices in Turkey are likely to increase next week, according to market sources.
