Prices increase further in local European flat steel market

Over the past week, prices in the local European flat steel market have continued their upward movement. Accordingly, in the given period, hot rolled coil (HRC) prices in Europe have increased by €10/mt to €550-580/mt ($677-713/mt), cold rolled coil (CRC) prices have risen by €10/mt to €630-660/mt ($775-812/mt) and hot dip galvanized coil (HDG) prices have increased by €20/mt to €640-690/mt ($787-849/mt), all ex-works.
