The last offer for Brazilian import CRC from China was priced at $770/mt, against $800/mt two weeks ago, CFR conditions for shipments to a port in the northeastern coast of Brazil, with basic commercial grades as reference.
Preliminary indications point to an increase in January from the 3,400 mt of CRC that Brazil imported in December.
In the Brazilian domestic market, CRC of the basic commercial grades is currently offered in medium to large volumes by the producers at BRL 5,072/mt ($927/mt), against BRL 4,775/mt two weeks ago, ex-works, no taxes included.
