Domestic cold rolled coil (CRC) prices in Turkey are currently at $570-585/mt ex-works depending on the mill, while two weeks ago the price range amounted to $30/mt and prices were standing at $560-590/mt ex-works depending on the mills’ positions. “I think in the CRC segment getting rid of stocks is not as urgent an issue for now,” a source told SteelOrbis. Domestic offers are mainly set for end-of-February and March deliveries. In the export segment, Turkey’s CRC sellers are reportedly offering at $575-585/mt FOB.

The import CRC market in Turkey remains largely inactive as the CIS mills are still taking their time to announce firm offers for March production. The price idea is estimated at around $560-565/mt CFR, up around $10-15/mt over the past month.
