Average steel plate prices in China are presented in the table below.
During the given week, inventory levels in the domestic steel plate market have increased due to higher output amid slack demand. Following the decreases seen in steel plate prices, buyers have been a bit more willing to conclude purchases. Meanwhile, HRC futures prices in China have declined, which will exert a negative impact on domestic steel plate prices. It is expected that steel plate prices in the Chinese domestic market will fluctuate within a limited range in the coming week.
