During the given week, HDG inventories held by traders in the domestic market have been at relatively low levels, thereby providing support for HDG prices. However, following continuous rises in ferrous metal futures prices in China in previous weeks, they have started to soften in the current week, which will likely exert negative pressure on the HDG market. It is thought that HDG prices in the Chinese domestic market will likely move on a soft trend in the coming week.
