In the local Turkish steel plate spot market, traders' prices for stock material St37 grade 15-40 mm x 1,500 mm steel plate in Turkey's Gebze region have increased by $70/mt as compared to the prices reported by SteelOrbis on December 3 to $560-580/mt ex-warehouse, while prices for the same grade in the Eregli region have also moved up by $70/mt in the same period to $550-570/mt ex-warehouse. Both price ranges are for advance payments and excluding 18 percent VAT, for December deliveries.
