Demand in the local Iranian hot rolled coil (HRC) market is still weak, while prices, which had been following a downward trend for a long time, have started to recover in the past few days, increasing by a total of $10/mt on the upper end to $690-705/mt ex-warehouse, including nine percent VAT, as compared to the price levels reported on September 11.
