Over the past week, buyers in the import flat steel market in Turkey have concluded deals only to meet their immediate needs. While the uptrend of import hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Turkey has ended this week since global iron ore prices have switched to a downward movement, ex-CIS cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to Turkey have increased in the same period as the previous rises in import HRC offers to Turkey have been reflected in CRC offers.

Accordingly, ex-CIS HRC offers to Turkey have remained stable week on week at $610-620/mt CFR. Meanwhile, ex-CIS CRC offers to Turkey have increased by $20/mt week on week to $650-670/mt CFR.
