Ex-Ukraine HRC deals to Turkey
Ukrainian producer Ilyich is expected to announce its offer levels for October shipments within the current week. Last week Ukrainian traders sold Ilyich production HRC (ready stock material) to Turkey at $445/mt CFR Turkey for August delivery. Due to price increase announced this week by the Turkish producer Erdemir, it is thought that ex-Ukraine HRC offers to Turkey for prompt shipment may register an increase.
