Ex-CIS HRC offers to Pakistan

SteelOrbis has learned that Ukrainian traders are currently offering ready-stock hot rolled coil (HRC) to the Pakistani market at $755-760/mt CIF for prompt shipments.

SteelOrbis has further learned that Russian HRC offers to Pakistan are at similar levels.
