SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that in the Omani market ex-CIS hot rolled coil (HRC) offers have remained unchanged since last week, with prices still standing at $540/mt CFR from Ukraine and at $560-565/mt CFR from Russia, both for July production.
Market insiders report that HRC demand in Oman is quite low due to the approach of Ramadan, which will begin on July 9 this year.
