Ex-China HRC offers
SteelOrbis has learned that ex-China offers of SS400 grade 3-12 mm x 1,500-2,000 mm boron-added HRC to the export markets are at $700-705/mt FOB on actual weight basis, including 13 percent export tax rebate for July shipments. This price indicates a decrease of $10-15/mt as compared to last week.
