European flat steel prices increase

According to market sources, hot rolled coil (HRC) prices in the local European flat steel market have moved up by €20/mt as of today, May 13, to €460-520/mt ($520-588/mt) ex-works. In the same period, domestic cold rolled coil (CRC) prices in Europe have risen by €10/mt to €530-580/mt ($599-655/mt) ex-works and hot dip galvanized (HDG) coil prices have increased by €15/mt to €540-590/mt ($610-667/mt) ex-works.
