Pakistani producers of cold rolled (CRC) and hot dip galvanized (HDG) coils have revised their offer prices upwards for the second time in July. The key reason is the sharp rebound in import hot rolled coil (HRC) offers, coupled with the positive sentiment in end-user industries.
Accordingly, prices for CRC and HDG in Pakistan have increased further by PKR 3,000/mt ($18/mt) compared to the previous week . Moreover, dollar-based quotations have also risen notably due to the revaluation of the Pakistani rupee.
