According to market sources, ex-China hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Oman have moved down by $5/mt over the past month to the range of $310-315/mt CFR, for November production. Demand for HRC in Oman has declined further in the same period. Market sources state that transaction volumes have gradually decreased due to the ongoing downtrend in global HRC prices.
