According to sources close to SteelOrbis, Argentinian domestic HRC and CRC prices have trended slightly up into early May, but the outlook is presently mixed due to market uncertainty from the downtrend of global raw material prices as well as government pressure on domestic steel firms to provide price relief to stimulate economic growth.

According to sources HRC is presently in the range of $795-835/mt and CRC is at $850-900/mt, all prices delivered and excluding VAT.
