Wire Rod:

  • Two shipments totaling 4,558 metric tons of wire rod arrived into the Port of Houston, Texas on October 5 from Chinese ports.
  • Two shipments totaling 2,876 metric tons of wire rod arrived into the Port of Mobile, Alabama on October 7 from ports south of Recife, Brazil.
  • Three shipments totaling 3,933 metric tons of wire rod arrived into the Port of New Orleans, Louisiana on October 7 from Chinese ports.
Pipe:
  • Five shipments totaling 1,232 metric tons of ERW OCTG casing arrived into the Port of Los Angeles, California on October 5 from the Port of Kao Hsiung, Taiwan.
Coated flats:
  • Six shipments totaling 1,560 metric tons of HDG coil arrived into the Port of New Orleans, Louisiana on October 3 from West Coast Indian ports.
  • 3,653 metric tons of HDG coil arrived into the Port of New Orleans, Louisiana on October 3 from West Coast Indian ports (different consignee).
  • Seven shipments totaling 3,159 metric tons of HDG coil arrived into the Port of New Orleans, Louisiana on October 3 from the Port of Mumbai, India.
  • Four shipments totaling 1,077 metric tons of pre-painted Galvalume coil arrived into the Port of Houston, Texas on October 4 from the Port of Shanghai, China.
Plate:
  • Two shipments totaling 1,487 metric tons of hot rolled steel plate arrived into the Port of San Francisco, California on October 3 from the Port of Kao Hsiung, Taiwan.
  • Six shipments totaling 1,200 metric tons of hot rolled steel plate arrived into the Port of New Orleans, Louisiana on October 3 from the Port of Richard's Bay, South Africa.
  • Three shipments totaling 1,107 metric tons of hot rolled steel plate arrived into the Port of San Juan, Puerto Rico on October 4 from the Port of St. Petersburg, Russia.
Slab:
  • 50,505 metric tons of steel slab arrived into the Port of Brownsville, Texas on October 5 from the Port of Praia Mole, Brazil.
  • Two shipments totaling 23,785 metric tons of steel slab arrived into the Port of Houston, Texas on October 5 from the Port of Pohang, South Korea.
