Zero Ukrainian scrap exports in Jan-Apr, scrap imports up 2.8 times

In the January-April period this year, Ukraine did not export any steel scrap, while in the same period last year the country had exported 184,025 mt of scrap, according to the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine.

Meanwhile, in January-April of the current year Ukraine's scrap imports increased by 2.8 times year on year to 61,945 mt, worth a total of $24.908 million.
