The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Wednesday the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) order on stainless steel bar from Spain.

The review covers one company — Gerdau Aceros Especiales Europa, S.L. — during the period from March 1, 2012, through February 28, 2013.

The DOC has calculated a preliminary dumping margin of 0.00 (zero) percent for Gerdau

The DOC plans to complete this review by August 2014.  The current dumping duty deposit rate will remain in effect until the DOC publishes its final results in the Federal Register.
