Xuanhua Steel supplies 15,379 mt of angles to SGCC in Jan-Feb

On March 20, Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group announced that in the January-February period of the current year its subsidiary Xuanhua Steel supplied 15,379 mt of steel angles to State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) for use in construction of transmission towers. The supply volume was up by 38.3 percent year on year.
 
In addition, in March this year Hebei Steel Group subsidiary Handan Steel received contracts for supply of 3,100 mt of suede-covered steel plate from European, Central Asian and African customers, mainly for application in roof decks of high-grade buildings. Furthermore, another Hebei Steel Group subsidiary Chengde Steel has completed an export order for a total of 5,000 mt of 460B grade steel plate to Angola.
