Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes commissions Hejing special steel project

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes has announced the commissioning of its 1,080 cubic meter blast furnace within the scope of its Hejing special steel project in China's Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region, marking the commissioning of the overall project which has a designed annual production capacity of 3 million mt of special steel.
 
Construction of the blast furnace project was carried out by 20 China Metallurgical Group Co. (20MCC), a subsidiary of China Metallurgical Group Co. (MCC).
