Vyksa Steel Works issues production results for Jan-Sept

Vyksa Steel Works, a part of Russia-based OMK Group, has announced its production results for September and the first nine months of the current year.

Accordingly, in the January-September period Vyksa Steel Works' output of steel pipes amounted to 1.017 million mt, including 505,500 mt of large diameter pipes. In September alone, Vyksa Steel Works produced 133,000 mt of steel pipes.

In the first nine months of 2012, Vyksa Steel Works increased its output of railway wheels by nine percent year on year to 631,800 wheels. In September this year, Vyksa Steel Works produced 68,800 railway wheels, unchanged compared to September 2011.
