Usiminas increases stake in Cosipa
Brazilian steel producer Usiminas reportedly completed an offer to acquire outstanding shares in its subsidiary Cosipa. Following the tender held on Mach 18, 2005, Usiminas' stake in Cosipa increased to 98.7%. The total flat production capacity of the two companies will reach 9.5 million tons.Usiminas increases stake in Cosipa
