US Steel developing natural gas resources for Pittsburgh plant

Merrion Oil & Gas partnered with US Steel to develop natural gas reserves a mile beneath the surface for both the steel plant’s operations in Pittsburgh and area residents.

In a press release, Ryan Davis, Operations Manager for Merrion Oil & Gas, emphasized that the company is developing projects across the country with community interests and the environment in focus. Davis noted that the project has been developing for a year working with the various regional stakeholders.
