US rig counts stay neutral, Canadian counts rise again

According to the most recent report by Baker Hughes, the weekly US rotary rig count is unchanged from last week at 1,830. This reflects a year-on-year increase of 312 rigs.

The Canadian rig count is up 16 from last week and is now at 143, representing a year-on-year decrease of 30 rigs.

The US Offshore rig count is 31, down two from last week and down 18 year-over-year.
