US raises dumping margins for Turkish standard pipe

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products (welded pipe and tube) from Turkey. The period of review was May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018.

Accordingly, the dumping margins for Borusan Mannesmann, Kale Baglanti Teknolojileri, Noksel Çelik Boru Sanayi and Çınar Boru have increased to 9.99 percent, higher than the previous dumping margin of 2.55 percent determined in December 2018. Meanwhile, the dumping margin for Tosçelik remains at zero.

The products subject to the review currently fall under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7306.30.1000, 7306.30.5025, 7306.30.5032, 7306.30.5040, 7306.30.5055, 7306.30.5085, and 7306.30.5090.
