According to export data from the US Department of Commerce, US exports of mechanical tubing totaled 4,569 mt in November 2018, up 6.3 percent from October but down 6.0 percent from November 2017 levels. By value, mechanical tubing exports totaled $16.3 million in November, compared to $12.9 million in the previous month and $12.4 million the same month last year.
The US shipped the most mechanical tubing to Mexico in November with 2,735 mt, compared to 2,783 mt in October and 2,927 mt in November 2017. There were no other significant destinations (1,000 mt or more) for US mechanical tubing exports in November.
